**Job Title: Property Consultant**

**Description**:
We are actively seeking a Property Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Property Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth functioning of our property management operations.

Key responsibilities include gathering necessary paperwork for new tenants, processing invoices, and recording payments across our property management portfolio. Additionally, you will be the first point of contact for client inquiries, handling them with professionalism and efficiency.

**Responsibilities in more detail**:
Enquiry Handling: Responsively manage client enquiries, providing information and assistance as required.

General Administration: Undertake various administrative tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the property management team. Professionally manage and address phone enquiries, providing excellent customer service.

Property Viewings: Coordinate and conduct property viewings.

Tenancy Progression: Oversee the seamless progression of new tenancy matters, including paperwork and coordination.

Portfolio Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal standards across the property management portfolio.

Property Reports: Generate property reports, reflecting current status and potential improvements.

Payment Input: Efficiently manage and record financial transactions related to our property management portfolio.

Invoice Processing: Handle the processing of invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wirral, CH62 7HA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
