Job description

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team. A vacancy has arisen for the role of Summary Process Unit Law Clerk within the Crime & Justice Department here at Phoenix House.

The purpose of the role is to present and prosecute within court, low level traffic offences through the Police Led Prosecution scheme and when not in court to provide help and advice to officers and staff in relation to traffic matters. Whilst in court you must present the matters factually, to a high standard and comply with all legal and Force requirements.
