An effective Customer Service Executive must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting both products and services over the phone.

The opportunity will help Adcock grow by bringing in customers and developing relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Good knowledge of relevant computer systems (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

Responsibilities include;
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements
- Direct prospective customers to the Business Development Managers when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate and timely manner
- Keep records of calls and sales

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
