Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Trainer to join our team. As a Trainer, you will play a crucial role in educating and training individuals in the field of healthcare specifically clinical skills.
**Duties**:
- Develop and deliver clinical trainings, i.e phlebotomy, cannnulation, first aid, BLS skills, ECG, ETC
- Educate participants on medical terminology and best practices
- Utilize your knowledge as a nurse to provide valuable insights during training sessions
- Engage in public speaking to effectively convey information to trainees
- Ensure that all training materials are up-to-date and relevant
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments
**Requirements**:
- Strong background in public health with a focus on educating others
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Previous experience as a nurse is preferred
- Excellent public speaking skills to engage and inform audiences
- Ability to address various health-related topics with clarity and precision
- Passion for imparting knowledge and helping others improve their understanding of health-related issues
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £32,558.00-£34,429.00 per year
Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

**Education**:
- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Training: 1 year (required)
