Gardener (Trainee)

**About us**

Wild Thyme Designs offer garden design; makeover and maintenance services across Wiltshire and Bath. Award winning and recently at BBC Gardener’s World Show.

We are a growing business providing garden maintenance and garden design services to our large client base in Wiltshire & Bath. We look after private estates; communal gardens and kitchen gardens to name a few.

Offering a unique bespoke service we look after our clients gardens with passion and care from general garden maintenance such as:
grass cutting;
hedge cutting

pruning etc through to full garden design and makeovers working with third part suppliers to create and build gardens for any budget.

We focus on the planting element and are gardeners not landscapers although hard physical graft is an every day part of the job so you must be physically fit.

We are needing enthusiastic and passionate team members to join our team.

Previous experience in a similar maintenance role would be desirable and we can help train you in learning all about plants and garden maintenance.

It’s all about having a can do attitude; the willingness to learn and being a great team player. A strong work ethic; evidence of reliability and ability to work outside in any weather conditions.

We also want to hear from anyone with RHS training or current RHS students as well as experienced gardeners. Our business is evolving and growing and there are all sorts of possibilities for the right people.

Must have full clean driving licence and be able to drive to work & drive company van.
