**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting customers in a friendly and happy manner
- Taking food and drink orders at the counter
- Entering each item ordered into the register system
- Presenting the variety of menu options
- Advising on the best food and drink choices for each customer and answer questions
- Assisting customers in finding a table and seats
- Communication customer orders to kitchen staff
- Checking the quality of the final servings and resolve any issues
- Delivering orders to the table deftly and accurately
- Verifying that customers are happy with their orders and checking if they need additional items
- Attending to the tables and guarantee compliance to cleanliness standards - removing empty plates, soiled napkins, cleaning tables etc.
- Working with other staff as a team
- Working diligently to achieve outstanding service quality
- Attending scheduled team or shift meetings
- Any other reasonable duties as and when needed

**Technical Knowledge and Skills**:

- Proven work experience as a server, wait staff member
- Working knowledge of cash register and any ordering information system
- Food safety training will be a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £7.00-£13.00 per hour
