**Job Summary**:As a Junior Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating our home cleaning business and ensuring that our customers recieve the best possible service. You will work closely with our cleaning team members and management to ensure that all cleaning appointments are scheduled, completed on time, and meet our high-quality standards. You will be responsible for communicating with customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate cleaning appointments with our team members and customers, ensuring that all appointments are scheduled and completed on time.
- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Helping cleaning team members to ensure they meet our high-quality standards.
- Monitor cleaning team member to improve quality and productivity.
- Manage cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Driving the company vehicle to assist with day to day running of the business.

**Salary** £18,000 - £20,000 PA

**Hours **- Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm

**Essential** - Driving Licence ( Car Provided )

**No Experience Required, Ideal first Office Job**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
