**The Role**:

- Supporting the customer service team
- Merchandising in the showroom
- Providing excellent customer service, welcoming customers into the showroom
- Liaising with departments including marketing, warehouse etc

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Experience working in retail or a showroom
- Supervisor / team leader experience - desirable
- Ability to build rapport
- Available for weekend work
