Wild Recruitment are working with a global client, who have their UK Head office in Fareham (Whiteley), to find engaging and driven people to join them in their customer service team and internal support teams as a **Helpdesk Advisor.**

You'll join them as a **Helpdesk Advisor **supporting their UK and European clients. You'll be given full training.

The client is a leading employer in the UK offering a heap of benefits to their employees - including earning 10% of your salary per 3 months and end of year bonus as well.

The role will include:

- Answering service requests via phone, chat and web portal.
- Provide excellent customer service to their partners on-site across UK and Europe
- Managing daily requests and queries
- Troubleshooting to help with any issues
