Our clients are looking for individuals with great character and integrity to join their team. As an apprentice recruitment consultant, you will play a big role in helping people take the next step in their careers and helping businesses find the right talent.

No experience? No worries We provide pre-employment training as well as ongoing training to support your development within the role

**Duties**:

- Work with clients to understand their hiring needs and job specifications
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including conducting reference checks and presenting job offers

**Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for recruitment
- Enthusiastic and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment

**Requirements**:

- Great communication skills - written and verbal
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
- A lot of personality
- GCSE Grade A-C/9-4 Maths and English or equivalent
