**Who we are looking for**:
We are looking for a part time experienced office administrator so you will have proven experience of processing payroll for a workforce exceeding 20 people, and be confident in monitoring credit control, including debt recovery.

Your duties will include:

- Monitoring debt collection of defaulting accounts, including making calls to debtors, maintaining, and updating records on the system and producing monthly reports.
- Coordinating the company payroll, including processing of monthly pay, and checking weekly wages, processing PAYE and pensions.
- Processing bank payments including the company pay run and associated payments as required.

This role demands an excellent eye for the detail and the motivation to find solutions to problems and prioritise your workload effectively to ensure all deadlines are met.
