**The Painter role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Painter to join our Construction Services team where you’ll provide a professional, quality of craftsmanship and customer focussed service.

**Key duties and responsibilities of our Painter**:

- Preparation of substrates, including removing loose and flaking paint by means of all current methods
- Ability to set out, line and hang wallpaper and decorative hangings
- Work at heights using the necessary safety equipment

**What we’re looking for in our Painter**:

- NVQ Level 2 in Painting and Decorating or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and on your own.
- Ability and experience of working at height.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude to change.
