**Salary**: £40,000

Outstanding quality and thorough compliance are the cornerstone of any successful Apprenticeship provision. If you are an experienced Quality Manager who would like to work in a high growth Apprenticeship provision, this role could be a great fit.

**Overview**:
Working for a leading Apprenticeship provider, you will proactively lead the quality and compliance function, ensuring Ofsted standards and ESFA requirements are met.

**A typical week will look like this**:

- Oversee quality & compliance
- Manage a small team
- Lead on SAR, QIP & Ofsted
- Support with funding audits
- Oversee OTLA

**You'll need the following for this role**:

- 2 years Apprenticeship quality management experience
- Proficiency in ESFA & Ofsted requirements
- Leadership experience
- Confident with SAR, QIP & EIF
- Experience of professional services provision (desirable)
