We're currently recruiting experienced Baristas to work within our busy independent daytime restaurant to help us create perfectly crafted drinks for our customers. Your passion for your craft will shine through whilst working as part of a close knit team, helping to drive repeat sales as we become known for a great coffee as recent winners of the Remarkable Cuppa award. Along with craft coffees you will also prepare a variety of other drinks.

As a fast paced restaurant you need the ability to work under pressure, however at the same time we believe in a fun and friendly work environment.

In addition to the drinks focus, our highly trained and multi-skilled team carry out a variety of restaurant service duties including taking orders and delivering the great variety of local quality dishes produced by our highly skilled team of chefs.

It is important to take pride in your appearance, always offer that friendly smile, have an eye for attention to detail, be confident with great communication skills and have an enthusiasm in delivering exceptional customer service.

Brunch, Lunch and Afternoon Teas are popular with our local and visiting customers and our opening hours are 9am-5pm Mon-Sat, and 9am-4pm on Sun. Shifts vary in length up to approx 8 hour working days for full-time roles, and various shifts available for part-time team members. Weekly pay with every hour paid for, rather than anyone being paid salaries

Holiday entitlement is 28 days total, or pro-rota, as we open most Bank Hols, except for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Promptly preparing perfectly blended drinks that will delight our customers
- Keeping the coffee room and bar area clean
- Receiving and processing payments (cash and credit cards)
- Maintaining stock of clean cups, mugs and cutlery
- Keeping a close eye on stock levels and highlighting any shortfalls
- Keep up to date with industry trends and suggest specials to maximise sales
- Maintain the coffee machine to the required standard ensuring cleaning cycles are completed and reporting any operational issues

South Cave, nr Beverley, East Riding of Yorkshire. Due to the nature of our location transport is essential as we are not on any public transport routes.
