The core role of an **Arpero Talent Acquisition Consultant **is to support, solve and supply defined shortlists and talent pools across multiple campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the Client Partners to proactive solve client demands.
- Proactively innovate new ways to open out, engage and build relationships within the consultancy industry and market.
- Nurture and expand a passive talent pool within a niche portfolio.
- Support the wider company ‘sales strategy’ via defined client mapping, lead generation and research projects utilising the Miller Heiman strategic analysis framework
- CRM Database administration and management

- Ambition, with a track record of high achievement either in or out of work
- Thrive under pressure and be goal driven
- Demonstrate the ability to build long-term business relationships
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written), with an impressive presence and stakeholder management capability
- An interest in the world of economics and business management, ideally gained via higher education and an understanding of the Management Consultancy industry

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
