CK Group are recruiting for a Laboratory Technician to join a resin and composites company at their site based in Heanor, Derbyshire on a contract basis for approximately 6 months.
**Salary**:
£11.30 to £13.30 per hour PAYE
**Hours**:
37.5 per week 8:30am to 4:30pm
**Laboratory Technician Role**:

- Analytical testing of epoxy resins mostly by Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC); the job could involve FT-IR and HPLC.
- Data gathering, logging results and paper work associated with testing.
- General housekeeping of laboratory.

**Your Background**:

- A-levels or similar qualification in Chemistry, Maths, Physics or similar.
- This role would suit a student on a summer break or someone looking to gain experience.
- Experience with the following analytical techniques DSC, HPLC or FT-IR would be advantageous.
