**The role**:
The Quality Assurance team is integrated tightly with the Development team, working closely to guarantee a common level of understanding.

You will be responsible for defining and ensuring the standard of quality across a wide variety of projects, from pre-development to post-release, from mobile apps to desktop. Work within a tight-knit team of developers and testers to identify and refine requirements and ensure that standards are consistently high throughout delivery.

**What you’ll do**:

- Interrogate designs and written requirements to create accurate and detailed Acceptance Criteria
- Test user stories across a multitude of projects
- Create, maintain, and test bug reports
- Document current and best QA practises
- Report concerns and risks to the wider team as they arise
- Work within a friendly team to reproduce and document bugs
- Raise suggestions to better existing systems

**Your skills and experience**:

- Experience or knowledge of the Agile workflow
- Experience within the field
- Proficiency with DevOps or similar bug tracking tools
- The ability to adapt to new projects and tools within a deadline
- Desire to seek out tasks
- Strong verbal and written skills
- The ability to work alongside developers to understand complex systems and identify potential bugs
- The ability to deliver information in the most relevant format (e.g., spreadsheets, tables, videos)

**Nice to have**:

- Experience within Umbraco or similar CMS software
- QA specialty experience
- Accessibility testing experience
- Security testing experience
- API testing experience
- Mobile testing experience
- Automation experience
- A background in coding
- Experience communicating with a client
