Warehouse Supervisor

**More Recruitment are working with a client in Daventry that are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team.**

**Shift**: Monday to Friday 06:00-14:00.

**Pay**:£31,000 P/A

**Role**:
Our client in Daventry is looking for a customer focused and ambitious Warehouse Supervisor where you will ensure the safe and efficient running of operation in order to meet the customer expectations.

**What you'll be responsible for**:
Reporting into the Warehouse Shift Manager, you will be responsible for a team of 15 direct reports and around 45 indirect reports, ensuring work is allocated effectively to meet operational targets and KPI’s. You will build excellent working relationships with the customer and internal stakeholders and ensure all customer requirements are fulfilled to the highest possible standard. You will take responsibility for ensuring colleagues are adequately trained within the operation to cover any holiday, sickness, absence or overtime.

**What we are looking for**:
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor who comes from a similar logistics environment. You will need to have demonstrable experience leading, managing and motivating a team and will ideally come with some knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems. You will need to be able to work in a fast paced and pressurized environment, be reliable and punctual and have a flexible approach to work.
