**About the role**

UNDO is on a mission to tackle the greatest challenge of our time: climate change. We have set-up a range of field trials and a mesocosm study designed to detect weathering signals, validate our geochemical model, provide robust evidence of enhanced rock weathering as a carbon removal tool, and show the agronomic co-benefits of enhanced weathering. - Collaborate and communicate with field technicians and support fieldwork as needed, including potential travel to research sites.
- Oversee and assist with mesocosm experiments in a nearby field, ensuring that the experiments will be successful and no failures can be ascribed to poor management of the experiment.
- Supervise lab and field technicians, providing training where required, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
- Responsible for laboratory work including the use of an autotitrator to measure pH, EC and alkalinity of both soil and water samples.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Regular communication and collaboration with research teams, ensuring alignment of laboratory activities with fieldwork goals.
