A family run business for 50 years, Station Garage is the leading Škoda dealership serving Sussex and Surrey. Located in Broadbridge Heath, we stock a range of new and used vehicles as well as operate a large onsite workshop and MOT testing centre.

We are seeking an experienced Valeter to join our team, based at our Skoda dealership in Horsham. Main responsibilities include ensuring that the vehicles are in excellent condition, both inside and out, providing a positive experience for customers.

**Responsibilities**:
1. To thoroughly clean the interior and exterior of both customer and dealership vehicles to a high standard. Attention to detail is required to ensure that the vehicles are spotless and presentable.

2. Vehicle Preparation: Prepare sold vehicles for customers who have purchased a car.

3. Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional customer service when interacting with customers and staff.

4. Adherence to Policies and Standards: Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and quality standards when performing valeting duties. Adhere to specific procedures and instructions for vehicle cleaning and maintenance.

**Requirements**:
1. Attention to Detail: Have a keen eye for detail to ensure that vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and presented in their best condition.

2. Time Management: Demonstrate good time management skills to ensure that vehicles are cleaned and prepared within designated timeframes.

4. Communication Skills: Possess effective communication skills to interact with team members in a professional and friendly manner.

5. Driving License: Hold a valid driving license to move vehicles within the dealership or to external locations if necessary.

6. Flexibility and Adaptability: Be willing to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, as well as adapt to changing schedules and priorities.

7. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the valeting bays.

8. Please note that this position may require standing for long periods of time and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

9. Requires valid driving licence with a clean driving record.
