**JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor - Locum**
**PQE REQUIRED: 3 years+ experience**
**LOCATION: Shropshire / Hybrid**
**SALARY: £35.00 - £40.00 per hour**
**OVERVIEW**:
This role would suit a Commercial Property Solicitor able to handle a varied caseload with mínimal supervision. You will liaise closely with the team, providing an excellent and responsive service to clients in all areas of commercial conveyancing and agriculturalproperty matters. The role requires an ASAP start and commitment for around 3 months. The appointed Commercial Property Locum will have experience of working in a busy environment and be able to contribute from day one.
**THE CANDIDATE**:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE in Commercial Property. You will have the ability to manage an existing caseload, work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and be very self-motivated to ensure the best serviceis delivered to our client. You should possess excellent client care skills and the ability to communicate well with colleagues and clients alike.
