Due to huge growth across our business, we have an amazing opportunity for an individual to join our **Grounds Maintenance Team** based at the **Callywith Retail Park in Bodmin.**

You will support our clients with **External Cleaning, litter picking, hand weeding and general grounds maintenance** for some of our biggest commercial clients.

**What will my day look like?**

**Working Hours**:Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 7 am - 9 am.

As one of our team you will be responsible for:

- Use of outdoor cleaning tools and equipment to delivery external cleaning services for our clients.
- Ensuring your sites are always clean/tidy and **presentable** to the highest standards
- Litter control across sites
- Sweeping of paving, store entrances, and kerb lines
- Emptying bins on the sites on a daily basis keeping the service yards free from any litter
- Reporting of fly tipped waste to your line manager as soon as is discovered
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety requirements whilst carrying your daily duties.

- Comfortable working alone and in a busy public area
- Capable of working to a high standard with good attention to detail
- A full, clean UK driving licence is essential

**Rokill** provide pest control services to both commercial and domestic customers as well as the public sector. They hold the Royal Warrant and are of the UK’s leading pest control companies.
