**Senior Executive Assistant (EA) to The Managing Director - Job Specification**

**Position: Senior Executive Assistant to Managing Director**

**Location: Southport**

**Salary: £100,000 - £120,000 per annum (plus performance-based bonus)**

**Relocation Package: Available**

**Overview**:
This is a high-level, demanding role that requires someone who can seamlessly handle the Managing Directors responsibilities in their absence and ensure the smooth running of the Managing Director’s professional life.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Managing Director.
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and coordinate meetings, events, and international travel.
- Act as a primary point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Conduct research and provide insights to assist in decision-making processes.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism.
- Liaise with the Chairman, Directors, CEO and other executives, departments, and external partners to ensure alignment and efficient operations.
- Anticipate the needs of the Managing Director and proactively address them.
- Handle ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the Managing Director.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with preference for those with 10 years or more.
- Proven experience in either the fields of Law, Property, or Financial Services.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally as needed.
- Availability to work outside normal business hours; this role is not suited for someone looking for a traditional 9-5 position.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of proficiency with office software and tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, project management software).
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and reliability.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Discreet, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality.

**Compensation and Benefits**:
