Head Ground Maintenance Supervisor

We are a locally owned ground maintenance company who carry out ground maintenance as sub contractors for commercial clients, client's properties include - retail parks, offices and housing associations.

The main job role during the summer months will consist of overlooking and working out the day to day schedule of 6 squads in order to make sure each site is getting completed within the designated time frame. It is also vital that sites are continuously checked to make sure the standards for our clients are kept to a high level. During the winter months the job role will include looking after 10 gritting squads. No scheduling will be needed as this is done for you via an app.

Must be willing to drive machines when staff are on annual leave or off on sickness and confident with snow clearing duties during the winter.

The hours are usually Monday to Friday 0800 am
- 430pm however in the winter months you will be required to carry out night shift work assisting with gritting and snow clearing contracts.

A drivers license is essential.

Experience in this industry is essential.

All our staff are put through various training and tickets on a regular basis.
