One Call Consultants are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a current client of ours based in Nechells
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. This is a full-time position based in the office. The role will originally start on a temporary to permanent basis before being made a permanent role.
**Responsibilities**:
- Working through two inboxes alongside another member of staff.
- Taking orders
- Processing orders
- Answering company telephone
- Talking to customers on a regular basis, providing feedback and updates.
- Providing quotes.
**Requirements**:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Office, and Excel
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role is preferred
- Basic knowledge of IT systems and troubleshooting is a plus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Pay: From £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
