Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors
- Conduct regular property inspections
- Advertise vacant units and conduct tenant screenings
- Ensure compliance with tenancy laws and regulations
- Managing the bar/ restaurant to a high standard
- Oversee all day to day jobs

**Skills**:

- Must have atleaste 3+ years experience managing in the industry
- Handle complaints and enquiries professionally
- Driving is ideal as location is remote
