**Job Description**:

HYG designs, engineers, manufactures, sells and services a comprehensive line of lift trucks and aftermarket parts marketed globally under the Hyster and Yale brand names. We are one of the global leaders in the Material Handling industry and have been building relationships and partnering with our customers, suppliers, dealers and employees for over 80 years.

The main responsibilities of this role will include:

- Build clad on cab assembly onto Hyster-Yale Counterbalanced trucks. Including
- Glue and sealing of top screens on respective trucks.
- Assembly of doors and screens.
- Assembly of all electrical, mechanical and cosmetic finish components to complete a full cab.
- Fit up of Air conditioning units, filling refrigerant and testing.
- Completing all necessary adjusts to ensure Cab finish is per requirements.
- Completing end of line checks/ water testing
- Able to work off own initiative whilst being a team member.
- Adhering to 5S standards.
- Supporting other Assembly operational activities depending on Business needs.

In order to be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following essential criteria:

- Have at least 3 years’ proven background in an Assembly/Fitter mechanical type role (either in a manufacturing or non
- manufacturing environment)
- Able to read and interpret work instructions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work with mínimal supervision
- Whilst full personal protective equipment will be given, you must be able to work with and have no adverse reactions to adhesive glues e.g for sealing glass or aircon refrigerant.

Full training in specified work content will be given.
