An opportunity has arisen to recruit a band 8a Mental Health ACP within our Integrated Mental Health Team based in Burton, providing specialist assessment and treatment interventions across the service pathways and following this up with specialist treatment and monitoring, alongside existing care services within the community.

Applicants should possess the knowledge and skills to enable them to work in the community adult MH speciality, working with service users affected by all types of MH conditions. This incorporates working with challenging and complex cases.Applicants should hold the ACP qualification or soon to be accredited.

We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Advanced Clinical Practitioner ideally with experience of working in a community setting. As a registered professional, you will be committed to providing a high-quality service and will support in the development of our team.
- The direct provision of high quality evidence based person-centred physical and mental health care to service users within the adult community neighbourhood team.
- Providing leadership in the delivery of high quality, safe and effective care to the wider multi-disciplinary team.
- Facilitating learning through the development and delivery of specialist clinically focussed education and training programmes.
- Applicants will be responsible for the delivery of a range of high-level specialist assessments, identifying risks and management plans in the process.

The Integrated Mental Health teams work as part of a 'neighbourhood' offering place based provision of mental health services in partnership with other local organisations.
