**Airbnb Cleaner in Southwest London**

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team for our Airbnb host clients in the SW1 areas in London. For your bookings you will have a task app that will have a full itinerary of tasks for each property including photos of the completed task where you will simply have to check of the list as you go in real time. Your main responsibilities will include cleaning all areas of the property, laundering linens, restocking supplies, inspecting for damages, organizing, reporting maintenance issues, communicating with the host which are done through the task app.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cleaning: Thoroughly clean all areas of the Airbnb rental property, specific to the requests of the host on the booking form.
- Laundering: Wash and change bed linens, towels, and other linens used by guests.
- Restocking: Ensure that basic supplies like toilet paper, soap, and cleaning supplies are replenished for the next guest.
- Inspecting: Check for damages, stains, or missing items and report them to the host.
- Organizing: Ensure that items such as kitchenware, toiletries, and other supplies are neatly organized and in the correct place.
- Maintenance: Report any maintenance issues to the host, such as broken appliances or plumbing problems.
- Communication: Communicate with the host to ensure that the property is cleaned to their standards and that any issues or concerns are addressed promptly.
- Specific instructions: Adhere to any specific instructions or guidelines provided by the host, such as special cleaning products or procedures or room presentation.
- Security: Ensure that the property is secure before leaving, such as locking doors and windows.
- Flexibility: Be flexible with scheduling and willing to accommodate last-minute bookings or changes.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in AirBnB cleaning or housekeeping required.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliable transportation - Own vehicle or regular public transport
- Flexibility with scheduling.
- Professionalism and customer service skills.
