**Factory Operative**

**Working Monday-Friday Rotating Shifts (6-2/2-10/10-6) - 38 hours per week**

**Pay rate: £11.68 days, £12.26 afternoons, £12.85 nights + full week attendance bonus**

**Overr time after 38 hrs: Saturday time and 1/2 Sunday and bank holiday - double time**

**Day to Day Duties**:

- Assisting in the assembly and production of fire prevention equipment
- Wrapping, gluing and foiling of manufactured products
- Working to achievable daily targets
- Trained in various jobs
- Quality checking of products
- Stacking, packing and palletising of finished products
- Cleaning down manufactured products
- Cutting materials for operators.
- A good eye for detail and the ability to work under your own initiative (following training ) is key.

**Essential Skills**:

- English level must be communicative.
- Good level of reading and writing.

**Desirable Experience**
- Previous experience in a factory environment is not required, but desirable.
- Previous experience of working in production, assembly or warehouse environment.

**What training is provided?**
- You will work with dedicated production team who will provide you with training on your first week of work and provide ongoing support thereafter.
