Are you a wordsmith with a passion for storytelling and a knack for creativity? Do you have an eye for engaging content that captivates audiences? If so, Growth Capital Ventures wants you to join their team as a Content Creator Apprentice

In this role, you’ll work towards your level 3 Content Creator qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

**A Typical Day in the Job**:

- Create engaging content for social media platforms, with a strong focus on Instagram.
- Collaborate with teams to optimise content creation strategies using budgets.
- Attend meetings and communicate effectively with clients, managers, and other departments.
- Utilise HubSpot and other tools to manage content and engage with clients.
- Dive into Google Analytics 4 to analyse performance and make data-driven decisions.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

**Salary, Hours** **&** **Benefits**:

- £13,500 per annum
- Working Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week
- Flexible working hours between 8am and 6pm
- 45 minute lunch break
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Progress to a hybrid role after a couple of months (2 days in office and 3 days working from home)
- Office shut down between Christmas and New Year
- Team social events outside of work

**Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for creativity.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A grade 4/C at GCSE in English and Maths is required for this role
