**Responsibilities and requirements**:

- You will be working and overseeing technical drawings, including Building Regulations compliance packs, tender issues, construction details, schedules and specifications.- Technical ability within the residential sector is preferred- Capability to take responsibility for multiple projects running in parallel and manage workload accordingly- Visit site and provide internal / external technical advice during construction stages- Excellent communication skills, self-driven and motivated- Team player and to be invested in the practice and its friendly culture- UK based experience is mandatory- Relevant degree or other qualifications
