**Role Summary**:
As the KDN continues to expand it's Delivery Centers and offerings across Advisory, Audit, and Tax & Legal, and with an expanding Central Team, rewarding, recognizing and incentivizing individuals and teams competitively, fairly and affordably is key to our success. We want to align and focus teams towards the achievement of our strategic goals. A comprehensive and well thought out Reward positioning is essential to attract, motivate and retain the best talent, and establish the KDN as a an employer of choice. We are therefore seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager to put in place transparent remuneration policies and procedures, and methodologies to establish a fair and competitive remuneration framework, meeting regulatory requirements, for the KDN to attract, motivate and retain talent.

**How will you make your mark?**:

- Establish a compensation and benefits structure that is aligned to the strategic direction of our people and business as a whole
- Design, develop and implement a full reward framework that delivers behaviors and results aligned with KDN's strategic plan, informed by KPMG's Values
- Lead the development of a reward vision/objective for KDN and drive implementation of the strategy by tailoring rewards to defined employee groups, supporting objectives around employee customization of total rewards, transparency of the total reward program and reward equity
- Design annual merit, bonus and recognition schemes in line with the financial and performance year/cycle
- Ensure the relative value of a job across different locations is correctly sized relative to their position in the overall organizational structure and that the overall total reward structure is aligned properly from both an internal and external perspective
- Establish an inventory of existing local pay and benefits which are required by law or precedent. Ensure that treatment of salary and benefits (both local and centrally driven) are compliant with current legislation
- Design or procure a tool/platform to enable efficient and transparent merit and bonus planning and budgeting - equip HR and Finance teams to work with this accurately and enable appropriate data gathering/analytics across KDN
- Establish and oversee the collection of regular data and analysis on all elements of Reward, Turnover, and workforce analytics - identifying key trends, patterns or gaps via an agreed dashboard. Thereby informing leadership decisions and priorities
- Lead periodic surveys and analysis to ensure that the total rewards program is competitive
- Define governance for the compensation and benefit processes across Delivery Centers and build appropriate process controls to manage execution at a local level
- Identify and procure relevant and affordable sources of market data from which to benchmark KDN pay and benefits. Ensure accurate comparative analysis via a defined KDN job evaluation framework for key roles and job families
- Provide input on an overall communication strategy that ensures that employees understand the total rewards components of the employee value proposition, and the factors that drive business success and that impact their rewards
- Through effective networking and professional development, identify best practice and innovations within C&B - making recommendations to senior leaders for improvements as appropriate

**This is the job for you if you have**:

- Graduate level with further recognized qualification in HR / Analytics
- Proven success in building compensation packages, bonus plans, recognition schemes and job evaluation frameworks in a complex and international environment
- Experience with all primary Data Survey providers and reports
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Highly proficient MS Excel and BI tools skills
- Ability to effectively and transparently communicate pay and benefit plans and strategies across the business
- Willingness to engage with senior leaders at DC level - get out from behind the safely of the laptop
- Understanding of Executive Pay Programs, such as equity plans and RemCo, would be beneficial
