**What You'll Be Doing**
- Review, monitor and execute the SHEQ Plans objectives and targets.
- Provide positive leadership and promote the adoption of best practice.
- Responsible for promoting and monitoring the SHEQ culture.
- Identify areas of risk and develop measures to reduce and control
- Identify initiatives to improve performance and assist in addressing areas of poor performance.
- Produce Regional SHEQ performance reports as required
- Promptly alert line and functional management to significant accidents and incidents
- Responsible for reviewing accident and incident SHEQ reports and investigations
- Monitoring and implementation of any relevant SHEQ statutory or legislative changes
- Develop, control and implementation of the company’s accreditation requirements.
- Adhere to the Company’s Code of Conduct, as revised from time to time.
- Portray a positive attitude in line with our Company values.
- Complete monthly reports to the Management Team as required.
- Be proactive with ideas and suggestions.
- Follow all procedures within the company minimising any business risks
- Put forward suggestions for improvement of any processes
- Identify training needs for yourself.
- Identify any issue you have and discuss with your line manager.

**About You**
- NEBMinimum three to five years’ experience in LV/HV Electrical/manufacturing/engineering/utilities/ field and workshop environments
- Evidence of influencing and high level communication skills both verbal and written reports.
- Experience of handling sensitive and difficult people situations.
- Ability to show analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook etc.

**Salary**: £32,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
