I'm looking for Carpenters for a project working on social housing properties in Walsall. This work will involve swinging flat entrance doors within tenanted tower blocks.
The Carpenter will need to:

- Remove existing door
- Install the new, pre-hung fire door
- All ironmongery is already fitted except closer and door number, so those will need fitting
- There is an on-site TLO to constantly book in work to minimise delays

I'm looking for a Carpenter that:

- Has social housing experience
- Has Fire Door Fitting Experience
- Their own tools
- Their own transport (materials will be on site)

And in return, the Carpenter will receive:

- £120 per door (you'd expect tpo be able to complete 2 a day)
- Ongoing work
- The opportunity for a permanent or direct subcontractor package after 12 weeks
