**Job Title:Curriculum Manager - Foundation Learning**

**Location: Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft Campuses**

**Hours: 37 Hours Per Week**

**Salary:Band K - Starting from £41,540.72 up to £46,741.55**

**Term: Permanent - Full Time**

**Purpose of Role**:
Ensure learners achieve excellence through the provision of a diverse, creative and flexible curriculum and training offer delivered by inspiring and challenging staff using innovative teaching and training methods and models. Lead and manage the curriculum/serviceteam effectively, working with the Assistant Principal Curriculum and Quality and management team to ensure continuous improvement. Support the development of new programmes and services to meet the needs of employers, students, parents and other stakeholdersand partners. Ensure the deployment of resources (staffing and physical) to provide effective management and increasing income to meet departmental financial targets.
