**Responsibilities**
- Support all in person & virtual academy requirements with a lead in Seasonal training and Brand Conference requirements from Education, with excellence in execution on all aspects.
- Reviews global and regional education & support materials adapting to support focus alignment.
- Utilise D2C to analyse training and performance records post seminar with selling effectiveness to report ROI within the education team.
- Manage education and retail sales cost centres aligning with National Omni-Education Manager.
- Lead beauty advisor recognition organising key moments such as milestone store rewards, seasonal product launches and lead global “best of the best” programme.
- Manage beauty advisor uniform budget allocation, ordering process and total brand deployment.
- Strategic delivery of FOC & purchase orders to meet requirements and guidelines.
- Partnered citizenship leading Estee Lauder Breast Cancer Care task force and Look Good Feel better brand initiatives.
- Management of Sales, Education & Commercial Director’s calendar.
- Formatting brand presentations to a high standard based on direction and brief.

**Expectations**
- Ensure clear communication between total sales & education team plus head office.
- Utilise the most up to date modern systems, procedures and software to support the effective running of the Sales and Education department.
- Co-ordination of all training courses inclusive of event/venue/BA registrations and travel management is undertaken whilst Keeping Education Calendar the most up to date.
- Identify with corporate procurement any cost reductions and implement across sales and education teams.

- Ability to achieve deadlines with an agile approach when required to meet the needs of role.
- Possess strong organisational, analytical and project management skills.
- Oversee content to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Ability to propose creative solutions and generate new ideas.
- Knowledge of operational elements required to produce educational needs.
- Microsoft office skills, specifically Excel & Power Point.
