Lettings Negotiator

Responsibilities:

- Conduct property viewings with potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate and close sales or rental agreements
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Assist clients in finding suitable properties based on their requirements
- Market and advertise properties for sale or rent
- Handle inquiries from prospective buyers or tenants
- Prepare and present property listings to clients
- Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in lettings
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds, including being multilingual if possible
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
