**Your new role.**

Our vision of helping people succeed extends to our employees as well as to the people on our programmes. It is because of our employees that we are in a position to help our participants and learners make positive changes in their lives, whether that be through moving into employment or through gaining skills qualifications.

We are looking for an Engagement & Recruitment Consultant who will promote opportunities for learners to participate in sector training and qualifications supported by the Education & Skills Funding Agency and will be responsible for sourcing suitable employment options for learners. The role will be to provide a link between Triage and Jobcentre Work Coaches, Employers and Key Partners, ensuring a regular flow of referrals on programme and job opportunities for learners to access. The Engagement & Recruitment Consultant will also facilitate awareness sessions to provide information on upcoming training, as well as completing eligibility checks to ensure learners are accessing the most suitable support.

**External Relationships and Stakeholder Management**
- To carry out business engagement activities to raise awareness with employers about the benefits of staff participating in certified training
- To be accountable for sourcing employer vacancies and placements that match the job goals of learners, aligning with training that supports local labour market opportunities
- To be responsible for the lead generation and conversion to increase the number of people signing up to training.
- To build and foster long standing relationships with employers and other potential; referral sources, such as National Careers Service, Jobcentre Plus, Local Enterprise Partnerships, Community Groups, Justice Services and other relevant potential referral organisations.
- Work as part of a team towards individual and team targets
- Proactively identify new opportunities to recruit new learners
- To ensure that all data requirements are maintained, records are up to date accurate and deadlines for returns are made.
- Create and develop engaging social media content.

**Quality & Continuous Improvement**
- To manage sourced employer vacancies ensuring that all vacancies are tracked to closure of vacancy, filled or cancelled.
- To maintain learners records to ensure audit and quality compliance that meets the needs of the contract holders
- To process documentation accurately and timeously and work closely with the administration team to ensure appropriate information is collated for claim and statistical purposes.

**People Motivation & Communication**
- Provide ongoing support for learners to engage in a variety of different and innovative ways
- Ensure a steady flow of referrals on programme by utilising marketing mediums, presentations and follow up phone calls.
- Influence and persuade employers to utilise Triage for their recruitment and training needs
- Assist employers with their recruitment process, offering a service that includes vacancy screening, sector specific training and interview schedules.
