**About the Company**

Property Staffing Limited provides the staffing support to the properties managed by its sister company, Cowiesburn Asset Management Limited, and has an excellent reputation in this area which differentiates it from a market where the management of commercial property is generally treated as a secondary service with correspondingly low levels of quality.

**About You**

You will be educated to GCSE level or equivalent, and will present as professional, efficient, customer-focused and a real ‘people’ person with an eye for detail and a calm and reassuring manner. You may have a background in a retail environment and some basic health and safety awareness.

You will be a clear communicator, exhibiting excellent listening, oral and written skills. You will have strong organisational skills, multi-tasking skills and time management skills. You will have the ability to make every leaseholder and visitor feel valued and will have a natural aptitude for resolving issues. Ideally living in the Central Belt, you will have your own transport and be willing to work unsupervised.

**Working Hours & Salary**

Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 1.00 pm

**Salary**: £14,500 per annum

**Purpose of the role**:
To represent the client’s vision and values by efficiently running and maintaining a presence on the front desk at the **Alba Centre in Livingston**, meeting and greeting and offering assistance to all personnel utilising and visiting the building, whilst also being responsible for carrying out regular ‘walk rounds’. This role includes the overview of nearby Pavilions. Reporting to the Director of FM your main duties will include:

- To meet & greet building users and visitors in a welcoming manner and direct visitors to the appropriate areas.
- To carry out full inspections of the building at commencement of day, periodically throughout the day and at end of the day as well as checking on the adjacent building, inclusive of all plant areas, restrooms and external areas.
- To receive post and distribute to relevant post boxes and return to sender incorrectly named post.
- To check contractors’ work once complete and report back to the Management Team.
- To complete all necessary paperwork & reports
- To attend leaseholder meetings and events when required.
- To comply with and ensure that the landlord obligation for health and safety and fire precautions are always met.
- To carry out any other duties as the Management Team may reasonably request from time to time.
