As one of the UK’s largest food businesses we play a critical role in keeping the nation fed. We are looking for motivated Process Leaders to join out expanding operations team at our site in **Caistor**.

This is an exciting time to join an already established site as we continue growing by installing new lines and producing new products, which has created new opportunities across different shifts.

**Purpose of the role**

As a Process Leader, you will help manage production processes and production staff in order to meet safety, quality, productivity, training and cost targets set by the company.

You’ll play a key role in the production department helping manage and motivate your production lines in order to meet our customers’ needs to the relevant standards.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Organising and motivating production staff to meet KPI targets.
- Having responsibility for ensuring new staff are trained and developed appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Achieving agreed quality standards and ensuring products are consistently meeting specifications.
- Offering insight and experience to help with continuous improvement of processes.
- Ensuring KPI data is up to date and reported to management.
- Escalating any issue or potential issues to production management and planners.

- Experience of working within a fast-paced production environment.
- Excellent communication ability alongside strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive working attitude.
- A practical approach to problem solving.
- A reliable team player who is approachable for other members of staff.

**Working Hours**:
**4 on 4 off shift pattern**

**05:30 - 18:00**

We are a fully integrated business controlling the whole supply chain, which includes feed mills, farms, hatcheries and factories with the associated transport and logistics functions that employ more than 7000 people.
