Willow Tree Nursery is currently recruiting for a skilled and experienced Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our team as our Pre-school Room Leader, on a full time basis - 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday). Our opening times are 8-6.

To be considered for the role, you must have:

- Level 3 or above childcare qualification that is relevant in Early Years.
- A good understanding of EYFS
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to use your own initiative
- Your passion to be shown in your day to day interaction with the children
- Leadership skills
- Experience working with Pre-schoolers.
- Strong learning and development.

Things you need to know

As part of your day to day role (list is not exhaustive)
- responsible for identifying and meeting individual needs of the children in your care.
- Key worker responsibilities
- work as a team
- lead the Pre-school room
- parent partnership working
- Plan activities and extend on children's learning
- Carry out effectively policies and procedures.
- Work in partnership with management and other room leads.
