Telehandler Driver

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual with a great eye for detail to manage yard operations.

The role will require an early start (7:00am - 5:00pm) to ensure teams are equipped and materials signed out before they head off to deliver fibre infrastructure in the local area.

Day-to-day roles include:

- Unloading and loading materials/stock with use of a telehandler thoughout the day
- Taking delivery of tools and vehicles. Ensuring any inflight damage is recorded and reported
- Check that all equipment is stored safely and securely to avoid theft
- Ensuring the yard is kept tidy and organised at all times
- Enforce yard safety rules for all individuals entering
- Signing out consumable items to individuals
- Reporting defects on equipment to suppliers to be repaired
- Ensuring delivery/collection tickets are accurate and provided to the site office in a timely manner

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 10 months

**Salary**: £140.00 per day

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Evesham, WR11 7QA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- telehandler license (required)
- Driving Licence (required)
