Pharmacy Assistant

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Assistant to join our friendly team at Balmedie Pharmacy.

Duties will include:

- Serving customers
- Giving healthcare advice
- Stock management including ordering, unpacking orders and date checking
- Liaising with the Pharmacist and other members of the Pharmacy team
- Assisting in providing pharmacy services such as Pharmacy First, Medicines, Care and Review and Smoking Cessation

**Essential skills and requirement**:

- Pharmacy experience very desirable
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Good organisational skills, excellent time management skills and able to work to strict deadlines and multitask.
- Able to build relationships with key partners (GP surgeries, care/nursing homes etc.)

The role would be part time, 9am - 1pm Monday to Thursday although additional hours may be available to cover absence.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10.50-£10.65 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
