**What will you do?**

As an HR Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our HR operations, supporting our HR team and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR activities. Your role will involve handling a variety of tasks, such as:

- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, CV screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
- Assisting with employee rewards and with payroll administration.
- Acting as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and general enquiries.
- Supporting HR projects and initiatives as needed.

**When will you work?**

This is a part time role Monday to Friday, and we are open to hearing what working pattern works best for the right person.

**Where will you work?**

You will be based in the office (Holton heath BH16 6LS) for the initial period, but this can be a hybrid role once you have settled in.

**To succeed in this role, you'll need**:

- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good PC skills, with knowledge of the Microsoft package
- The ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- A proactive and can-do attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
