**Starting Salary**:£29,269 with the opportunity to progress to £32,076 per annum
**Hours**: 37 hours per week

Are you looking for a role in the ever-changing world of Cyber Security? This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and help to protect our information and systems from compromise. You will have a passion for technology and all things Cyber Security related. The role requires that you work effectively with colleagues across the business to ensure that our systems and information remain protected and secure.

Tasks will vary from day to day, ranging from collection and analysis of security stats, dealing with queries and working with technical teams to ensure that security alerts are responded to and resolved, as well as other tasks and challenges.

You should be able to work in a flexible manner with good time management, being able to shift between different tasks and keeping to deadlines. As you progress, you will have opportunities to work with colleagues and third party consultants to enhance our security controls and assess and mitigate risk to ensure we maintain a strong security stance and meet compliance requirements.
- Experience of working in an IT setting or similar role
- Familiarity with security regulations and standards
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate both written and verbally to service users at all levels, colleagues and professionals
- Team focused and familiar with collaborative working with strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Microsoft Office products e.g. Word, Outlook, Teams
- Familiarity with different cyber threats
- Professional and reliable
- A relevant security qualification (or working towards one) would be desirable
