Head of Quality

We are currently recruiting to a Head of Quality role based at our site in Horwich, Bolton.- The role holder will implement an effective Quality of Education process and drive quality improvement and assurance in line with Ofsted Education Inspection Framework, ESFA and other awarding bodies. You will also be responsible for the effective implementation of the English, Maths and Digital Skills strategy
- Working collaboratively with Senior Managers and their teams, you will support effective deep-dive activity and standardisation along with the implementation of an on-boarding process which considers staring points and individualised learning.

**Essential Skills**:

- Educated to Degree Level and/or Teaching Qualification
- Experience of leading and managing people
- Experience of delivering ESFA Apprenticeship and Non-Apprenticeship Programmes
- Experience of the Ofsted inspection process
- Capable of contributing at strategic & operational levels
- Completing of documentation and maintaining of records
- Team player with the ability to deliver good working relationships at al levels
- Full driving licence

**Desirable Skills**:

- Management Qualification
- Business planning experience
- Ability to develop and maintain partnerships
- SAR/QIP Experience
- Appetite for continuous improvement in self and others
- Based within an acceptable travel time
