BI Analyst

Business Intelligence Analyst - Solihull (+ work from home) - £35,000 - £40,000 + Good Benefits

Our client based near Solihull is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join their growing team. You will be someone who has a strong background in producing BI information utilising relevant data in a commercial organisation, and someone passionateabout all areas of BI and supporting a thriving business. You will have a commercial mindset, strong with systems and Excel modelling, and be able to 'problem solve' and get real information back to the business.

Key Areas of the Role:

- Responsible for all areas of BI reporting and supporting key stakeholders making commercial decisions
- A good communicator able to present findings and solutions to senior stakeholders
- To support the achievement of business objectives
- Lead the design and build of BI reports and dashboards as required by the business
- Identify shortfalls in data quality and completeness
- Support stakeholders with the interpretation of Business Intelligence
- Embrace and encourage the use of technology to deliver MI/BI in the most effective ways
- Drive continuous improvement

Key Skills:

- Experience of developing BI using high volume data
- Strong Excel, SQL, SSRS and generally strong with systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to present BI to key stakeholders in an engaging way
