**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the teaching staff in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum
- Assisting in the planning and preparation of activities and resources
- Providing a safe and nurturing environment for the children
- Observing and recording the children's progress and development
- Liaising with parents and carers

**Requirements**:

- Level 2 qualification in childcare or equivalent
- Relevant experience working with young children
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A caring and compassionate nature
- An understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum
- An ability to work as part of a team
