We are looking for Tenant Liaison Officers to join our construction client on a temp to perm basis.
Your role within the business will be to travel in and around Middleton and Blackley, to liaise between tenant and landlord.
**Your duties as a Tenant Liaison Officer will include**:
- Use own transport to travel from site to site.
- Providing information to both tenant and landlord
- Dealing debt collection.
- Dealing with complaints, payment issues, repairs, installations etc.
- Completing assessments
- Complete all relevant paperwork.

**Your working hours of a Tenant Liaison Officer**:
Monday to Friday, Days
**Rate of pay 12.50 per hour.**
